Local Leadership and Public Trust: Openness and Accountability in Local and London Government - Evidence
The Committee on Standards in Public Life published an Issues and Questions paper on the 17th December 2008 asking for views and evidence on transparency and scrutiny in the different structures and models of governance within local government across the UK, including London.
